Terms & Conditions
📅 Appointments
• All appointments must be booked via DM or the booking link in my bio.
• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your total at your appointment.
⏳ Cancellations & Rescheduling
• 48–24 hours’ notice: If you cancel or reschedule within this time frame, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
• No-shows: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
• Late arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your treatment, and the full 100% fee will still apply.
I completely understand that life happens, but please pay any cancellation fees promptly when I send the link. Chasing payments is awkward for both of us, and failure to pay means I won’t be able to accept any future appointments until the fee is settled.
Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or lateness without explanation may also result in me refusing future bookings. If this happens, I’ll contact you directly by email to explain why I’m unable to offer you further services before canceling any remaining appointments.
If you have a changeable schedule or need flexibility, I regularly post last-minute cancellation slots on my Instagram stories — this might suit you better if you can’t commit to set times.
Nail Prep
Please arrive with bare nails unless you’ve booked a removal or infill.
I do not remove others work.
📲 Payments
The remaining balance can be paid by cash, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or through the booking site.
🎨 Nail Art
After something bold or intricate? Feel free to send me inspiration pictures when booking so I can make sure I have the right products and enough time for your design.
🚫 Children, Pets & Extra Guests
For the comfort of both myself and my clients:
• No clients under 14
• Age 14–15? Please book a consultation + get parental consent (which I’ll double check - I remember being 14 and forging my mums signature 👀)
• No children, pets, or extra guests at your appointment unless agreed with me beforehand.
I know sometimes things come up — if you have a special circumstance, feel free to message me, but I kindly ask that you come alone to your appointments whenever possible.
