📅 Appointments
• A 35% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your total at your appointment.
⏳ Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Booking fees are non-refundable.
• 48–24 hrs notice: 50% of the booked service is due.
• Less than 24 hrs notice or no-shows: 100% of the booked service is due.
• Arriving over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or downgraded service to fit the remaining time, or the appointment being cancelled and charged in full.
I completely understand that life happens, but please pay any cancellation fees promptly when I send the link. Chasing payments is awkward for both of us, and failure to pay means I won’t be able to accept any future appointments until the fee is settled.
Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or lateness without explanation may also result in me refusing future bookings.
Nail Prep
Please arrive with bare nails unless you’ve booked a removal of my work.
Please note I do not remove others work
📲 Payments
The remaining balance can be paid by cash, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or through the booking site.
🎨 Nail Art
After something bold or intricate? Feel free to send me inspiration pictures when booking so I can make sure I have the right products and enough time for your design. Please note, inspiration is just that, I’m not here to carbon copy others work and my own spin will be put on any set.
Design Changes
• Adding services or extensive nail art on the day is subject to time availability and may not be possible
Artists Choice
• Requesting artistic changes/preferences to artists choice sets immediately alters the booking to your base of choice + level 4 art
🚫 Children, Pets & Extra Guests
For the comfort of both myself and my clients:
• No clients under 16
• No children, pets, or extra guests at your appointment unless agreed with me beforehand.
I know sometimes things come up — if you have a special circumstance, feel free to message me, but I kindly ask that you come alone to your appointments whenever possible.
Repairs
• 72-hour guarantee on structure issues (lifting/breakage due to application).
• After 72 hours, repairs are chargeable.
• Damage caused by picking, biting or impact is not covered.
Nail Health
• I reserve the right to refuse service if there are contraindications (infection, severe damage, etc.) that may compromise nail health.
Photography
• I may photograph your nails for portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise.
By booking, you confirm you have read and agree to our booking terms, including timing, cancellations, and aftercare requirements.
